4.2. This case may require, among other things, sharing statistical and demographic information about the User and the user's use of the Services with advertising and programming partners. We will also share statistical and demographic information about our users and their use of the Services with programming and advertising service providers. This case will not include any information that could be used to specifically identify you or disclose personal information about you.
4.3. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event that privacy laws or other applicable laws permit an organization such as us to collect, use or disclose data personally without your consent, such permission by law will continue to apply.

Third parties may intercept or gain unauthorized access to personal data submitted to or contained on the website, technologies may not work correctly or not as intended, or may be accessed by someone or misuse information through no fault of ours. However, we will implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the law on the protection of the confidentiality of personal information; however absolute security cannot be guaranteed such as but not limited to where unauthorized disclosure arises from hacker activity because the malicious intent or complexity of malicious content is not our fault.
4.5. BOCA allows you to share videos from YouTube in the BOCA Livestream feature (“YouTube Content”). Technically, BOCA uses YouTube's own YouTube API Feature. By sharing YouTube Content, you hereby agree to be governed by YouTube's Privacy Policy.
